Reporting Assistant

JOB PURPOSE
Assist the Operations Controllers in maintaining accurate, timely operational and commercial reporting -
gathering and verifying data, helping deliver it to executive leadership and other business stakeholders,
locally and internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting:
• Prepare and update daily and weekly reporting to track operational and financial performance and
commercial activities.
• Assist with month-end close activities: Financial and Operational Reporting deadlines
• Consolidate inputs from multiple business units to deliver consistent and meaningful data outputs.
• Work closely with the London-based operations team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, flagging issues to the Operations Controller
as appropriate.
• Become a proficient user of accounting and reporting tools to create and maintain management
reports.
• Support Risk, Sustainability and Commercial teams with relevant operational data when
necessary.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and data-related requests.
