I. ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Research Analyst Assistant, you will support consulting teams in delivering market research and strategy consulting projects. You will be involved in project coordination, information gathering, analysis, and report development while working closely with consultants and industry experts across a wide range of sectors.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support project planning, tracking, and coordination to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct secondary research and gather market, industry, and company information.
Support qualitative research activities, including expert interviews and information collection.
Analyze research findings and synthesize key insights.
Assist consultants in developing client reports and presentations.
Coordinate and supervise project interns to ensure quality and timely execution of assigned tasks.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
III. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines.
6 months to 1 year of experience in research, consulting, project coordination, or related fields.
Strong interest in business strategy, market research, and economic trends.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
