You will support restaurant partners on the Anh Béo platform, focusing on onboarding, relationship management, and performance improvement. This role combines office coordination and on-site partner visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners
• Support partners with daily issues and platform usage
• Assist in onboarding new restaurants and platform setup (menu, profile, payments)
• Provide basic marketing guidance to improve visibility and sales
• Monitor partner performance and customer feedback
• Conduct on-site visits to review quality and suggest improvements
• Collect insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience

Yêu cầu
1. 1-3 years in sent, sales, or customer service
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Fluent in Vietnamese and good English
4. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
5. Willing to travel for partner visits
