Restaurant Assistant Manager / Supervisor (4-5 star Hotel)Oyster

*We are hiring for multiple upscale (4-5 star) hospitality properties (hotels, resorts co-working spaces, restaurants) in Ho Chi Minh City*
The Restaurant Manager must demonstrate a passion for food, wine and guest service as well as a strong work ethic, leadership skills and a solution-oriented mentality. Leading from the front, the Restaurant Manager is responsible to oversee all daily operations, drive revenue, champion SOPs and ensure the smooth running of every service. The Restaurant Manager understands that we are here to give our guests the experience they desire and is committed to creating a nurturing and supportive work environment for our team members.

• GUEST RELATIONS
  • Manage operations with passion, integrity and knowledge
  • Lead from the front for every service
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences and world-class service
  • Manage the restaurant to exceed standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
• RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
  • Review operations, proactively solve problems
  • Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Conduct bi-monthly and weekly inventory counts
  • Drive revenue and profit and keep costs low
  • Support marketing and events to make them a success
  • Oversee daily opening and closing duties including End of Day practices
  • Meet regularly and report to General Manager, Operations Managers, Directors, Founders.
  • Have an interest in food, wine, the hospitality industry and happenings!
• TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT
  • Lead daily team briefings
  • Build strong relationships with teammates
  • Lead team members to stay motivated, focused and achieve restaurant goals
  • Devise monthly training calendar, host daily/weekly training and ensure team members attend scheduled group-wide training
  • Perform hiring as per company's hiring SOPs
  • Assess and manage both individual and team performance
