Are you a talented restaurant manager or other business leader ready to take on a new challenge in a unique and growing business? Hub Hoi An, a multi-award-winning coworking space and healthy restaurant, is looking for ambitious and adaptable leaders to join our team as we expand our F&B operations and overall business. We are hiring two restaurant managers, one of which will become General Manager of the whole business. We're offering exciting opportunities for career growth and the chance to shape our nature-centric, healthy living-focused brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations across the coworking and F&B units, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality service
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, and systems to optimize efficiency and consistency
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to promote a vibrant and inclusive work culture
- Collaborate with the owner, community managers, and the other F&B manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage inventory, source supplies, and implement a POS system
- Contribute to the development of a healthy menu and 'zen'-themed space and seating arrangement
- Drive marketing initiatives and organize community events to engage our international clientele
- Identify and address potential issues, inefficiencies, or opportunities for growth
- Support the maintenance of our facilities and coordinate with contractors as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- First main skill: operational excellence; striving to achieve a smooth, efficient system
- Second main skill: people management; empowering the team to do their best work, focus and get a lot done
- Proven experience in restaurant management, a similar role in the hospitality industry or other small business leadership experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities, with strong fluent proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- Hands-on approach to work, with a willingness to engage in all areas of the business
- Adaptability, flexibility, and openness to learning new skills and processes
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive team culture
- Desire to contribute to the growth and success of a unique, community-focused business
