Precommend or take an initiative for any HR related actions where needed.
Cooperate, coordinate and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.

Conduct trainings for the staff to maximise performance.
Liaise with
Sales Manager to obtain new Food and Beverage business opportunity.
Get involved in Food and Beverage menu engineering with culinary team.
Update daily E-log file and Glitch and follow up if needed.
Financial
Help plan and implement department's annual financial budget and a set of departmental goals.
Monitor daily financial target and expenses to control. (ex. food, beverage, and labour costs).
Actively pursue for cost saving measures.
Ensure staff members are aware of outlets' recycle process.
Forecast business demand.
Set up the par level to control the stocks.
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
04 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Leadership skills
Good communication and writing skills in English
Can-do attitude
Advanced English Level (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
