Promote the team to maximise the performance through a daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Precommend or take an initiative for any HR related actions where needed.
Cooperate, coordinate and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.
Create the positive publicity opportunities of the brand.
Conduct trainings for the staff to maximise performance.
Liaise with Sales Manager to obtain new Food and Beverage business opportunity.
Get involved in Food and Beverage menu engineering with culinary team.
Update daily E-log file and Glitch and follow up if needed.
Financial
Help plan and implement department's annual financial budget and a set of departmental goals.
Monitor daily financial target and expenses to control. (ex. food, beverage, and labour costs).
Actively pursue for cost saving measures.
Ensure staff members are aware of outlets' recycle process.
Forecast business demand.
Set up the par level to control the stocks.
