Job Requirements

You must love what Lalina is - for families with kids.
Job Summary:
- Lead the front of house team: service standards, training, supervision
- Ensure excellent cleanliness and hygiene is maintained
- Help ensure the restaurant is looking great and the toys are in great condition
- Build great relationships with our regular customers and create new regular customers. You must love getting to know people
- Ensure the birthday parties and special events run 100% perfect
- Support with new ideas for themed promotions and special events. Think, plan and do on fun activities for kids and families
- Assist the owner/director with business related tasks, including meetings, admin, reports and special projects
- Help to build an excellent reputation of Lalina in the neighborhood and city
- A more detailed Job Description will be given to selected candidates.

Yêu cầu

Employee Requirements:
Minimum:
- Work 6 days per week, average 8 hours per day. Shift basis. Includes weekends and public holidays
- High school qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a Manager in a Restaurant, Cafe or Hotel food and beverage environment.
- English reading/writing/speaking level: Good/confident. IELTS Level 6+ or similar. Do not need to have IELTS Certificate but ability will be tested during interview
Desirable:
- University graduate in Hotel/Hospitality/Business Administration or similar
- Ability to speak/read/write in Korean and/or Japanese. Offered salary will increase
