Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. Lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members. Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance skills.
Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability. Implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce costs.
Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, minimizing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role, preferably in a Japanese or sushi restaurant.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus.
Proficient in financial management and budget oversight.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
