Develop, organize, and execute business strategies and plans for the restaurant in line with short-term and long-term business objectives;
Establish standard operating procedures for the restaurant;
Create appealing promotional programs tailored to specific times of the year to boost restaurant revenue;
Address and resolve any arising issues or incidents effectively;
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery;
Take responsibility for continuous service improvements in the restaurant;
Manage and oversee restaurant business activities and provide periodic business performance reports;
Supervise internal operations, including scheduling, task allocation, and work monitoring;
Train and develop restaurant personnel;
Oversee and ensure the proper management of assigned fixed assets;
Monitor and control costs based on established criteria and budgetary guidelines set by the company;
Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety, and other hotel/restaurant standards;
Perform other tasks as required by direct supervisors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
Proficient in English;
At least 2 years of experience in the relevant position;
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, PMS, and POS systems.
