Mô tả Công việc
Prepare weekly and monthly report based on brand's criteria, analyse effectively every activities of each brand
Supervise the brand's product delivery process and keep track the payment for every shipments of assigned brands
Assist Brand manager in preparing annual report (of sales) and set up goals to increase the activity's efficiency of the assigned brand
Prepare the necessary work for purchasing product every season of the assigned brand
Monitor the work related to inventory, internal rotation as well as received inventory from brands
Analyse inventory data as well as the sales data to build sale-pushing plan for each stores. Organise inventory rotation among the stores
Monitor the sales report of every stores
Finish other objectives while working at the Sales department
Produce and implement a calendar of merchandising activity in line with overall marketing plans to support new product launches with products displays in key stores where appropriate
Manage the design, production and implementation of signage in store to include seasonal and new launch updates
Review product selection and imagery for online retailers, sending updates where necessary.
Work closely with Brand Director to identify training needs
Responsible for Training documents, products for sales staff
Prepare training materials and modify training guideline
Provide field coaching and develop frontline staff to ensure they meet company standards.
Check and evaluate sale employees frequently
