JOB DESCRIPTION
• Summarize results, monitor BEY, BEM (Best Employee of the Month) programs, Best Store
• Collecting Seasonal Test results
• Aggregating, store, and update the process date of the Retail department
• Systematize documents, draft and issue official documents
• Summarize scoring and evaluation of SOP operation
• Track beauty benefits and other operations
• Gathering results (revenue, traffic, aggregate feedback from stores...) of promotions, promotions, events
• Preparing tasks related to issuing vouchers/coupons for brands
• Prepare payment documents for each shipments
• Arrange admin tasks such as hotel, flight bookings for business trip
• Perform other tasks assigned during working time at Retail department
