Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and product features
- Processing loan documentation per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and in timely manner to meet business requirements and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Responsible for the daily workflow within the department which may include the creation (as maker), or regulatory compliance of loan documentation
- Be able to perform high volume, time sensitive duties related to the loan documentation which includes researching and problem solving to minimize documentation risk to ensure department service levels are met;
- Provide contribution to enhance the process and/or procedures to improve TAT while policies are still ensured.
- Do report/ any other assignment from Team Lead.
