Main Purpose / Position Summary
Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of Retail Operations within the luxury industry? Join Carter Vietnam and support the Retail Operations department while ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various facets of our business.
In this role, you will report to the Retail Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations support
Be in charge of non-sellable stock material: support boutique on stock monitoring, placing orders.
Collect and place orders from boutique for external suppliers on regular basis: uniforms, tagging, polishing cream and etc.
Conduct ad hoc analysis on business topics upon request (e.g. price analysis).
Support in adapting and facilitating the implementation and use in all boutiques of all policies, procedures, guidelines and tools.
Help to drive best practices, create or streamline processes, for both office and boutiques though a continuous improvement and design thinking approach.
Help coordinate boutique team training with L&D team.
Marketing activities & Luxury landscape
Support for Animations and event planning.
Be responsible for product novelties: compliance validation, price list maintenance, communication to local teams.
Country Intelligence: Stay updated with latest news related to luxury business, Economy HNWI and prepare summary when needed.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and keep track of competition Communication/PR, Events, network evolution and update manager.
Administrative and accounting support
Help to validate English to Vietnamese translations and proofreading.
Take care of vendor onboarding, assist on quotation validation and follow-up with pending payments.
Other ah-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
YOUR PROFILE
Education: Final year or freshly graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Fashion, or Hospitality
