MISSION:
Responsible for the region's growth (turn-over and profitability) by managing his/her stores team and respecting the Group objectives and sales policy.
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Strategy
• Translates country objectives into regional objectives considering regional specificities.
• Validates Product Offer by store with Retail Manager.
• Develops local relationships (administration). Propose new locations to his/her manager according to the Regional Development plan.
Operations & Marketing
• Propose & execute marketing activities and commercial events amongst the stores (decided by the Group or by himself/herself)
• Makes a monthly operational visit to each store
• Guaranties store attractiveness in his/her Region (Merchandising, Offer, Services, Concept, Team competencies).
• Controls implementation of the pricing policy for his/her region.
• Improves one's knowledge through regular updating.
HR
• Insure that group managerial practices are applied in stores.
• Guaranties that procedures, security and safety rules are followed in each store (Shop Operational Process Book)
• Recruits, guides, trains and manages his/her team.
P&L
• Analyse weekly KPI's and implement corrective actions accordingly
• Makes regular financial reporting to his/her Manager. Proposes improvements to his/her Manager.
• Is Responsible for the P&L of the shops of his/her Region.

Education: University Degree
Experience: 10 years of retail experience

Business Piloting (BP): Management of procedures (Financial and Operational) ensuring that the business is run according to rules and objectives defined by the Company and local legislation.
Capability to analyze the business and consequently launch actions to optimize performances, expenses spending, and investments returns.
Sales: Capability to sell a product and to inspire others
Merchandising (MERCH): Capability to optimize products and categories presentation in store, generating purchase and maximizing turnover/sqm and margin
Define appropriate assortment
Commercial Activation (CA): Make assortment available in store
Management of marketing plans and promotions
Management of commercial events
