1. Sales Performance
- Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all company products and services.
- Fully understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance.
2. Market Information and Sales Analysis
- Responsible for on time submission of daily, weekly market report which includes, price monitoring, competitor awareness, company activities analysis.
- Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer performance tracking and customer business review.
- To timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Regional
Sales Manager.
3. Customer Management
- To follow company Customer Management Process and achieve the maximum co-operation from customers and efficient sales operation in assigned area through:
- Weekly and Monthly Action Plan
- Customer Visit
4. Point of Purchase (P.O.P) Management and Marketing Activities
5. Sales and Transportation Forecast
- Assist Regional Sales Manager for sales forecast and transportation estimate.
- Help RSM to on time submit the sales forecast and transportation estimate to customer service.
- To discuss and review sales forecast with Regional Sales Manager and agree action plan.
6. Others
- Ensure company's selling tools and all support materials are fully exploited for the mutual benefit of company and customers.
- To ensure that all responsibilities and tasks follow customer management working process and all proposals follow company format.
College/Bachelor degree.
- About 01-year sales experience in construction material or 2-year consumer product industry.
- Also welcome fresh graduate with good sales competencies;
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiasm and be able to inspire others
- Ability to work under pressure condition
- Quick conceptual thinker - able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
- Strong team player, leader or participant
- Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
