• Order Financials & Settlement (40%): Control the financial lifecycle of B2B logistics orders. Perform rigorous cost calculations, ensure correct billing structures, and execute final financial settlement for each shipment accurately before closing the order.
• Contract & Invoice Management (30%): Verify complex commercial contracts and supporting cross-border documents. Ensure all billing documentation and e-invoices are legally compliant and perfectly synchronized with the operational data in the Odoo ERP system.
• Accounts Receivable Coordination (20%): Track and reconcile customer debt (Công nợ). Actively coordinate with the Customer Service (CS) and Sales teams to identify bottlenecks in cash collection and resolve commercial billing disputes swiftly.
• Systems & AI (10%): Participate in operating and improving workflows on the ERP system. Proactively research and apply AI tools and basic automation to speed up invoice processing and cross-departmental data reconciliation.

Knowledge & Competencies
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
● Core Competencies:
◦ Problem Solving & Empathy: Capable of conducting Root Cause Analysis when billing discrepancies occur with clients, resolving them without damaging commercial relationships.
◦ Result Oriented: Takes End-to-End Ownership of the order settlement cycle to ensure the company hits its cash collection targets.
◦ Adaptability & Self-Learning: Actively updates knowledge on e-invoicing regulations and standardizes internal billing SOPs for the Customer Center.
◦ Technology & AI: A Power User of spreadsheets and comfortable executing daily operations entirely on an ERP system.
● Professional Knowledge & Experience:
◦ 2-3 years of experience in Sales Accounting, Billing, or AR Management.
◦ Capable of independently handling complex order settlements and contract reviews in a dynamic B2B or Logistics environment.
◦ Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a major advantage).
