The opportunity

EY's Risk and Supplier Services (RSS) solution is the leader in providing innovative and practical end-to-end Risk and Supplier solutions. The team has assisted hundreds of companies across all industries in improving and/or operating their solutions across overall management of their Suppliers, inclusive of direct and indirect sourcing interactions related to risk and performance management, through broader supplier oversight and governance.

The Supplier Services team within RSS is an organization dedicated to helping our clients operate supplier lifecycle management capabilities. The offering provides clients a variety of capabilities such as procurement and sourcing support, contract lifecycle management, Supplier performance management, and procure to pay process management. Managed Services is one of the fastest growing businesses in EY and an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic organization.

Your key responsibilities

You will operate as the offering lead, which will have responsibility for the overall growth, strategy and go to market approach related to the Supplier Services offering. This includes leading a group of global resources who work with client teams to schedule and execute a variety of activities related to supplier management activities. As the Offering Lead, you will be accountable for overall business success factors, including, internal customer satisfaction, growth and directional alignment of the business strategy, performance management of EY team members, and working alongside the solutions leaders to define the go to market strategy for the offering to enable that growth.

In addition, you are part of a growing business where there will be opportunities to support delivery efforts efforts, product offering development, and other improvement initiatives intended to help both client and EY optimize the offering and its delivery to our clients and to enable a better alignment across the solution suite.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $146,000 to $333,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $175,200 to $379,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
