Job Description
1. Coordinate with other units to update all pre-assignments into the system. This includes all (but not limited to) the followings: ground course, medical, vacation and days off, etc.
2. Coordinate with Commercial, Engineering and Operation Management Center to create and optimize the crew pairing.
3. Create fair, efficient and effective roster for all crew in line with the regulation and ensure allocation are fair and transparent
4. Publish the roster to all crew every month on time according to policy.
4. Supervise and deploy crew performing duty in a timely manner and compulsory in line with regulations (Vietnam Aviation Regulation, Operation Manual, Company policy, Labour law).
6. Respond to real-time changes in crew availability, weather conditions, and operational requirements by coordinating immediate schedule adjustments.
7. Arrange and manage the movement / accomodation for crews before & after duties.
8. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager-in-charge
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
- Knowledge / experience of Aviation & Flight Operation is preferable;
- English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 650 or equivalent;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, e.g., Words, Excel, power point, email;
- Ability to work under high pressure and facing adhoc events;
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if operation required;
- Performing good teamwork and sharing tasks in operation;
- Excellent communication, ability to negotiate with crews and working independently while on duty;
- Strong decision-making skills.
