Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Ass. Manager / Phó Phòng An Toàn và Môi Trường

Reporting to: Japanese Manager
Job Objective:
Responsible for managing and overseeing all activities related to Safety and Environment within the company, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Law, international standards, and internal requirements of SEI Group.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SHE Policy Implementation:
o Develop and implement comprehensive Safety and Environment policies and procedures.
o Ensure all Safety and Environment activities are aligned with Group's standards and Vietnamese Law
2. Risk Management:
o Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards.
o Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee their implementation across all operations.
3. Incident Management:
o Lead investigations into any workplace incidents or environmental breaches.
o Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure the company's full compliance with local and international SHE regulations.
o Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory bodies and oversee all SHE audits.
5. Training and Development:
o Design and deliver SHE training programs to employees at all levels.
o Promote awareness and understanding of safety and environmental issues.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety, health, and environmental management.
o Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with other departments to integrate SHE considerations into all business processes.
o Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and community groups.
