Safety Manager

1. Deploy the Safety improvement strategy of the corporation to the Long An International Port.
2. Establish the Safety criteria for the Long An International Port.
3. Develop an action plan in the field of Safety for the Long An International Port.
4. Develop and manage the budget plan for Safety for the Long An International Port.
5. Take responsibility for enhancing and maintaining the Safety culture of the Long An International Port. Coordinate closely with the Health and Environment Safety Committee and the heads of departments in the company to control issues related to safety.
6. Implement the safety culture to the company's staff at the Long An International Port by raising safety awareness through training and nurturing the safety culture.
7. Support and train safety personnel (or designated personnel responsible forsafety work) and personnel responsible for the operation and exploitation of the company's compliance with legal requirements on Safety in operation and exploitation.
8. Conduct internal evaluations of compliance with Safety in the unit, seriously review and improve current practices and standards. Identify opportunities for improvement.
9. Monitor timely submission of Serious Incident Reports, and at the same time, verify and rigorously check Safety and reports to determine the reality and develop improvement plans and projects.
10. Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze causes and solutions to prevent similar incidents from recurring in the future.
