Job Description:
A sales administrator is responsible for supporting the sales team. The position
operates in a virtual environment, at times with little supervision. Overall, a sales
administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and contributing to
the success of the organization's sales efforts.
This position reports to the Customer Success Manager and rolls up to the Director
of Project Operations.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring that
customer relationships are kept current and interactions/transactions
with customers flow smoothly.
Sales Support: Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
such as preparing sales transactions, maintaining customer and
partner records, and other order related tasks such as submitting
forms on behalf of sales rep.
Order Processing: Assisting with quote follow up, and paid orders, and
ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of
sales transactions, customer interactions, and other sales-related
activities.
Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, such as the
administrative team, and shipping and operations team, to ensure
smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Must-haves:
Ability to work during USA time (typically 8 PM to 5 AM, subject to
change)
Excellent fluency in English (speaking and writing skills)
Have more than 2 years experience in sales assistant or similar role
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Confident and comfortable communicating with people from all
backgrounds
Excellent organizational and time management skills
o Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred:
Familiar with CRM tools
o Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
