Develop new project : quotation - sample
Manage Purchase order and arrange production schedule , shipment and oversee billing and payments
Tracking of customer's Purchase Order, Sales Order, Delivery Order and payment.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipment together with buying team.
Ensure on time delivery to customer.
Handling customer complaints, stock returns and warranty procedures.
Provide an up-to-date and accurate feedback on customer's requirement and sales forecast.
Preparation of sales report.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to keep track of projects schedule and manage projects effectively
Take initiative in managing new projects relating NPI process, RFQ process, samples submission, and other customer requirements handling
Maintain good customer relationship and active in looking for new sales opportunity for current customer base.
Education: College/Bachelor's degree is advantage.
Have3 Years working experience in
Customer Service Executive, Sales Admin - Support (mandatory field).
Experience in Print Packaging manufacturing will be advantages.
Fluent in English/Chinese will be advantages.
Able to take work pressure from work.
Careful, well - organized, friendly, positive thinking, Hard - Working, responsible
Eager at learning and learning from doing.
Willing to travel.
