Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage sales activities for CHINT low-voltage products and solutions in the Vietnam market, including MCCB, MCB, ACB, Contactor, Protection relays, and industrial control products.
• Identify, contact, and visit potential customers across various segments, with a focus on industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Actively participate in OEM, industrial and manufacturing
business development by identifying and approaching key OEM accounts in industries such as industrial equipment, machine builders, automation systems, HVAC, data center infrastructure, and renewable energy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, including end users, panel builders, contractors, and OEM partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, technical presentations, and quotation, to order follow-up and project closing.
• Work closely with internal technical, product, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to customers in product selection, application advice, and solution optimization.
• Achieve assigned annual sales targets and contribute to business growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback; report insights to management to support strategic planning.
• Support the development of sales and marketing strategies for low-voltage products in Vietnam, and follow instruction from line manager and management team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic project management and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of low-voltage electrical products, their applications, and typical customer needs.
• High team work spirit and internal cooperation with sales and back office team.
• Familiarity with the Vietnam industrial market, sales channels, and local business practices.
• English: Business communication level (spoken and written).
• Chinese communication ability is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the low-voltage electrical industry (e.g., circuit breakers, contactors, relays, control components).
• Experience in OEM sales, industrial project sales, or working with panel builders / machine builders is preferred but not mandatory.
• Junior candidates with strong technical background and sales potential may also be considered.
