In charge of all marketing, sales, and customer care activities with clients in Vietnam and overseas.
Explore the market, approach/visit and follow up with clients, execute sales as needed, and report to the direct manager.
Implement marketing strategies in alignment with the company's mission.
Support the operations team by handling client feedback and complaints.
Planning - The marketing team will work closely with Corporate Communications to ensure a precise and actionable marketing & communication plan (website, social media, editorial calendar, monthly meetings, etc.).
Marketing campaigns & corporate assets - Deploy successful corporate campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
Technical Sales of related commodities.
Knowledge of commodity sectors such as consumer goods, minerals, steel, agriculture, biomass, wood chips, fertilizers, etc.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to handle all matters with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Advanced level of Chinese language proficiency.
