1. Proactively promote SKY activities / create new activities / classes and maintain 'fresh' program for the community.
2. Be available to talk to / support parents/caregivers while at the Playhouse.
3. Coordinate programs suitable for different developmental stages in infants and toddlers.
● Plan the program of PH classes - playlists, materials & movements.
● Keep record of attendance
● Follow up with regard to non-attenders or those not on the class lists.
● Notice and communicate gaps in schedule/ages.
4. Manage materials for classes in advance of lessons with adequate time to order.
5. Monitor all equipment and ensure rooms & equipment remain high quality and safe.
6. Ensure maximum class capacity & efficiency of classes & space.
● Keep class lists and all PH documentation/information in a confidential manner.
● Check registration and identify any non-payers.
7. Be aware of class schedules and natural development & themes of classes.
8. Remain confident, up to date and knowledgeable regarding the developmental stages of very young children.
9. Be aware of any similar community activities and ensure any relevant competitor information is updated to the director.
10. Communicate professionally, positively, and enthusiastically with families & caregivers when face to face.
11. Encourage parent involvement and proactively create an email at the beginning of each course to welcome families + provide information for classes.
12. Work cooperatively with staff members
● Be punctual and reliable.
● Be willing to cover lessons as required due to staff illness/absence.
● Be willing to attend SKY events to promote SKY Playhouse
13. Notify SKY Manager/Director of absence the previous day.
14. Responsible for the revenue of SKY Playhouse.

4. Preschool knowledge, skills and network: strong knowledge of international preschool especially the operation side with proven experience
5. Organizing and planning: excellent organizational skills, prioritize tasks well so important ones are completed on time with very good quality.
6. Communication: Listen, speak and write clearly, confidently and articulately (in both English and Vietnamese) without being overly verbose or talkative.
7. Computer skills: fast learner and efficient user of office applications and software
8. Outcome focused: Always looking to improve quality of processes and customer (both internal and external) satisfaction.
9. Commercially minded: strong ROI (return on investment) for all proposals.
10. Creative and curious: think out of the box and ahead of current practices and trends.
11. Grit: Demonstrate persistence and willingness to go the distance to get something done with a can-do attitude.
