Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, implement and supervise all areas of work of the sales, marketing, market research and competition departments; implement statistical work, analyze and evaluate business performance. Advise to the Board of Directors on all work related to business, marketing, procurement.
- Supervise, take main responsibility in marketing and sale works which including collect UCO, develop marketing services to customers.
- Build, develop and maintain design relationships with partners, companies, business owners, services hotels, hospitality agencies, government offices and businesses. Carry out analyzing, evaluating and market researching.
- Build a hotel & hospitalities, F&B system information profile in the local information market through participation in various events.
- Manage, monitor, care for and update customer information. Caring for and resolving customer feedback...
Identify and develop sales opportunities within the hotel and franchise sectors.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote and collect UCO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel and franchise decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of working with our company.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Perform other tasks according to the analysis of the Board of Directors.
WORKING HOURS
- Full time: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day, 9h-18h.
WORKING LOCATION
ECO OIL Operations Office - 30, Đào Trí Street, Phú Thuận Ward, Distric 7 HCMC.
Requirement
REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS
- Year of experience: over 5 years in sales and from 3 years of leading sales team
- Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and hotel services.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Fluent English
