Mô tả công việc
1. Market development
- Research, analyze and evaluate market information to determine business strategies and channels that need to be expanded.
- Search for new customer sources (prioritize chain customers), develop potential customer files and take care of old customers, ensuring a return rate of at least 70%
- Develop monthly, quarterly and annual business plans and targets
- Build and continuously update the Company's portfolio and sales kit
2. Carry out business activities
- Care, consulting, answering questions for customers directly and on platforms (Facebook, Linkedin...).
- Directly draft contracts and prepare documents for business activities
- Collaborate with marketing personnel to build content orientation, videos, livestreams... to serve the Company's business activities. Directly draft some short marketing content when necessary
3. Carry out reporting and management activities
- Continuously manage and update the Company's sales process, ensuring fast, neat, best customer service and highest efficiency.
- Report monthly, quarterly and annual business and work results to the Director
4. Perform other tasks as requested by leadership.

1. Mandatory requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience (priority is given to candidates with experience in a similar position of 1 year or more in the fashion or furniture industry)
- Proficient in English with 4 skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally with the Director
- Good communication skills, fluent and energetic presentation
- Logical and coherent thinking
2. Other requirements:
- Graduated from University majoring in economics, business administration....
- Experience and network in fashion, design, interior, beauty... are advantages
- B2B2C business thinking is a big advantage
- Proficient in office
- Honest, careful, highly self-aware, responsible and able to work under high pressure.

- Income includes: Basic salary + Allowances + Sales bonus => Total income up to 2000$ (no bonus ceiling, evaluated based on business results)
