Mô tả công việc
Fortis is a fast-moving consumer goods (FCMG) import & distribution company based in Binh Thanh, HCMC and a branch office in Hanoi. Our distribution channel consists of 80% modern trade (MT) including supermarkets / hypermarkets and convenience store chains, and 20% general trade (GT). We are currently expanding our business to the General Trade.
Our main products are confectionery & snack brands imported from Europe, Malaysia and Indonesia. Our key accounts are retailing chains which you might be familiar with like Circle K, Ministop, GS25, Family Mart, BsMart,Pharmacity, Medicare, Big C, Coop Extra, King Food, Finelife,and popular online platforms like Shopee, Lazada & Tiki.
We are looking for a suitable candidate for Sales Manager position to oversee our customer service and operation across all channels. Your responsibilities will include maintaining smooth operating activities by working closely with the trade at all levels; looking for new accounts; presenting Company's products; managing, supervising and coaching sales team towards reaching Company's KPIs; assisting CEO in understanding the business operation on a weekly/monthly basis; and more...
Responsibility:
To current customers:
Responsible for revenue by implementing monthly sales forecast & action plan breakdown to achieve revenue's target.
Manage, supervise and support merchandisers. Assign targets to the sales team and track KPIs on a weekly basis.
Manage selling expenses.
Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to closely manage stock turnover. Propose plan to BOD for stock level that either goes under or higher than standard limits.
Follow up on slow-selling and/or low shelf-life SKUs. Coordinate with the sales team for expired stock collection.
Work directly with buyer/category managers & assistants to handle issues relating to orders & delivery process.
Propose marketing following customers' themed promotion.
Produce detailed monthly sales analysis by account/SKU and present to BOD. Propose action plan to improve sales and Company's growth rate.
Responsible for Company's Gross Margin
Other tasks assigned by BOD.
To new customers:
Make tailored proposals to present to new accounts
Negotiate Contract terms following Company's target
Follow up on new listings process
Other tasks assigned by BOD.

Yêu cầu
Excellent professional working proficiency in English
At least 3 years in the same role, especially FMCG line
Proven experience in key account management
Strong negotiation and leadership skill
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
Having good connections with Buyer/Category Managers is a plus.
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong analytical skill
Good problem solving & risk management skills
At least 3 years in the same role, especially FMCG line
