Mô tả công việc
· Search and develop customers in the B2C and B2B markets
· Sell the company's tourism products.
· Consult on package tours and tour schedules that suit the needs of customers
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints before, during, and after using the company's products and services within the scope of authority.
· Support the accountant in monitoring, handling, and collecting debts if any arise.
Support additional tasks assigned by the department head.
Yêu cầu
· Graduated from College or University majoring in Culture, Tourism, Foreign Languages
· Have knowledge of places, regional culture, love to travel.
· Good English communication (preferred)
· Have sales experience of 02 years or more in the tourism field.
· Proficient in computer skills.
Patient, willing to learn and work under high pressure.
