Docosan is a tech company dedicated to making it effortless for Vietnamese people to get the right healthcare. We are driven to empower patients, building products that make healthcare easy for patients and providers, delivering the modern healthcare experience they deserve. Founded by two Harvard grads in 2020 and backed by top global investors, we are looking to expand our team here in Ho Chi Minh City.
The mission for this role is to close contracts with new business accounts - hospitals and clinics looking to build a digital presence online. The Account Executive must become an expert on Docosan's products, learn to deeply understand our customer's pain points by asking thoughtful questions, and to continually provide feedback to our team on ways that we should improve our product and operations to better serve our customers.
What you will do:
SALES: Close contracts with hospitals and medium-to-large-sized clinics within assigned territory.
CRM MAINTENANCE: Log all actions (calls, emails, visits, feedback summaries) meticulously in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
RETAIN CUSTOMERS: Achieve customer renewals by selling appropriately-scoped programs and by setting accurate expectations and a smooth handover to the Account Management Team.
ASSESS CUSTOMERS: Handover any leads falling outside target persona to the Account Management Team.

Yêu cầu
At least 2 years of professional sales experience in any industry. Healthcare industry experience highly valued
University degree in any field required
Professional sales skills: qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience using a CRM system
Honesty
Proactive & takes initiative - we love to see hustle
Coachable and open to learning
English language valued but not required
