I. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Account Manager (New Sales) to drive and expand our new sales business.
This role is accountable for:
• Driving new sales revenue growth.
• Developing strong customer relationships in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industry sectors.
• Leading and coaching the sales team to deliver sustainable business performance.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping TTE's New Sales business and strengthening our long-term partnerships with industrial clients.
II. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise the team to conduct Sales strategies for monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Develop and maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing Customers and TTE's Supplier/Principals.
• Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets.
• Check and review bidding documents & collaborate with Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
• Manage costs related to sales activities of the section according to company rules, ensure saving and reasonable.
• Manage all role of accounts which arranged or direct selling for difficult and large cases to meet and exceed annual sales target for team.
• Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events.
• Cross functional collaboration with Salesman, Sales support team, Accounting... to ensure minimize damage arising by late delivery or late payment of customers.
• Responsible for leading salesman and related departments to ensure the best rate of GP (gross profit) with each order.
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by Line Manager or BOD.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (preferably aftermarket, pumps, seals, or rotating equipment in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors).
• Leadership: Proven track record in building and developing high-performance sales teams.
• Skills: Strong solution-selling, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiation skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (technical & commercial).
• Mindset: Strategic, results-oriented, and able to balance short-term wins with long-term business growth.
