1. Sales Admin
Support sales team to handle sales enquiries and quotations
Make sale contract
Meeting with customers
Coordinate with technical teams to support sales activities
Manage vendor contracts
Support payment documents
Follow up the project status
Prepare sales reports
Customer service tasks
2. Office Administration
Assist in office management and documentation
General administration tasks (office supplies, stationery, facilities management)
Maintain and update employee records/ Annual leave
Support recruitment and on-/off-boarding processes
Prepare and support in government reports and submissions related to HR and administration
Job related to Tax
Other jobs as required by GD/Supervisor
Yêu cầu
College/University graduated
Welcome Fresh graduates or 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative role/sales admin
Good communication skills in English
Office computer skills
Honest and possible to long term working
