Mô tả công việc

Working hour: From 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday - Saturday morning, overtime on Saturday afternoon if required)
Position Description:

1. Order Management
- Receive Sales Orders from customers and sales team, immediately input in Navision with correct data right products, right quantity, right customer, right order amount, reason code, shipment method code, ship-to address) and prepare delivery documents for customer
- Make sure orders quantity priority in order of FIFO
- Communicate with Production Plan Division and update Inventory information to confirm the delivery date of transfer order with platform Sales Admin and sales order with customer/ commercial team on time
- Receive Sales Forecast from sales team daily or weekly and coordinate with sales admin in factory to check the availability of products, quantity, shelf life, etc., liaise with transportation staff to arrange truck to transfer goods from factory to platform and ensure that the products in platform adapt sales demand at maximum level
- Follow and apply all procedure in working process (delivery procedure, goods return procedure, Service Level Agreement)
- Consolidate reports daily, weekly such as Service Level Rate report, Sales Volume report
- Receive feedback on quantity, quality of products or any complains about delivery procedure from customer/ sales team, then communicate internally to find out cause, solution and reply to satisfy customer
- Receive goods return request from customer or sales team, compile documents according to Goods Return Procedure and follow until completion
- Update customer information correctly
2. Customer Service
- Politely communicate with customers, driver in receiving orders and solving problems as well as commercial team and internal colleagues
- Customer- oriented behavior in applying company's procedure
- Quick action with customer/ Sales team's request in business: payments and order related
- Do customer caring by visiting some key customers once or twice per year to collect customer feedbacks, making phone call to customers who have no transaction for a long time, implementing own idea to improve service

Yêu cầu

1. Knowledge
- Qualification: College graduated at least with major in business administration, accounting, etc.
- Language: English is preferred
- Well versed in Microsoft office (word, excel), ERP/ SAP system.
2. Characteristics
- High organizational skills, logical thinking
- Ability to prioritize own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), experience in ERP/ SAP system.
- Experience in sales administrative or sales background for at least 1 year
