Mô tả công việc
The purpose of the Sales Admin Executive role is to make reservations for travel with TOI's chosen list of preferred suppliers across all destinations sold to trade partners and their clients worldwide. To support the Sales team with their needs in administering bookings and confirmations in the most cost effective and efficient manner. To support suppliers by sharing information about the travelling clients and to ensure documentation of confirmed itineraries are delivered on time and correct.
· Makes reservations for relevant travel services with suppliers
· Co-ordinate with all regional offices including Hue, Hanoi, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar offices to complete bookings
· Provide Sales with written confirmation and correct / adequate information
· Provide all clients' passport / flight information to the hotels / Train / Boat before the clients' arrival
· Reconfirm with suppliers making sure that all services are ready before group arrival
· Follow up and remind Sales of the hotel/train/Boat cutoff date for deposit/payment policies
· Cross-check the invoice from suppliers before passing on to Accounts
· Support Sales and Operations in handling complaints from clients
· Cross-check the agreed rate for Hotels is consistent and applied with the particular contract
· Identify areas for continual improvement across IT
· Attend regular training courses / seminars / trade shows to keep up to date with the travel industry
· Keep others informed by sharing information
· Inform product department of any product feedback

· Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality
· Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures
· Extensive destination knowledge
· Preferable experience in Tourism / Hotel industries
· Good written and spoken English
· Thorough understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
· communication and negotiation skills
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Peak 15 or other Tour systems understanding
· Teamwork
· Flexibility to work overtime
· Ability to work under pressure
