We are looking for a Sales Admin to support contract administration, payment coordination, and sales operations while ensuring smooth internal processes and effective cross-functional collaboration.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract & Sales Administration (70%)
Prepare and process quotations, contracts, appendices, and other sales-related documents.
Track contract status, renewal timelines, and ensure proper document filing.
Tracking invoicing, payment requests and accounts receivable follow-up.
Monitor payment schedules and support collection activities to ensure timely payments from clients.
Prepare regular reports on contracts, revenue and payment status.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.
Support Internal Events (20%)
Support the planning and execution of internal events, company activities, and business-related gatherings.
Coordinate logistics, vendor arrangements, and administrative preparation for events when required.
Others (10%)
Maintain and improve administrative processes and documentation systems.
Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
Explore digital or AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
06 months - 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Contract Administration, or related roles; agency experience is a plus.
Familiar with contract management, invoicing, and payment follow-up processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Careful, meticulous, and well-organized, with a high level of accuracy in handling documents and data.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork.
