- Prepare quotations, contracts and/ or appendixes for projects as assigned.
- Follow documents reviewed by stakeholders and get sign-off.
- Storing documents after completed (both hard and soft copies)
- Schedule meeting with relevant stakeholders and room booking. Record meeting minutes.
- Other documents / tasks as request (payment docs, PR...).
- Research customer's contacts, other related info with advise of Manager
- Heath in good condition
- Proficient in using of MS Office.
- A fast learner, proactive, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Commit to working for at least 4 months
- Have personal computer
- Get detailed training on the job.
- Support to complete the report and seal the internship.
- Support 3,000,000/month when working enough 100 hours/month.
