Receive all local and overseas customers' requests.
Work with the production, planning, sales, accounting, import & export departments to collect all details related to orders and reply to customers.
Prepare all sales administration documents: profoma invoices, sales contract, official invoices, delivery forms, ...
Contact customers to get on time payment.
Daily update of the orders, prices and shipment database.
English skills (speaking and writing).
University or College degree.
Skills in client management.
Computer skills in usual office software (MS Office, MS Excel).
Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with resistance to work under pressure.
High motivation, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
Able to work with a team of international managers.
5 years experience in a similar position.
Resident in Binh Duong/Thu Duc area is a plus.
