Proceed with customer orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later).
Follow up the running process and take care of the orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
Maintain customer relationships through after-sales support.
Manage customer data, documents and orders on CRM and Shared Drive.
Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department.
Other tasks assigned by Leader/Manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, etc.
At least 2 years of work experience in related fields such as Customer Service, Corporate Services, Data Entry, etc.
Fluent in English.
Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Familiar with documentation and CRM system.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask.
Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage.
