Job Description
· Receiving and processing paperwork, including but not limited to (contract, purchase orders, report, liquidation, ...)
· Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
· Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
· Supporting the Business Development department in sales contract with clients/vendors and other documents
· Take charge of inspection note, payment for all advertising campaigns and follow up closely with clients/vendors to collect related documents
· Maintain current knowledge of the business' product offerings
· Other related tasks assigned by the Directors
Job Requirements
· 0.5 years of experience on sales/administration
· Required skills: Time Management, detail& result oriented, accuracy, communication skill
· Bachelor or equivalent, international education encouraged
· Dynamic, ambitious, can do attitude
· Required languages: Vietnamese, English
· Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
