Job description:
Report your daily work via Whatsapp, Zalo, or Email
Receive and process purchase orders or requests from customers.
Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Provide product information to customers quickly and accurately (price, samples, designs, specifications, technical drawings, product announcements, sales contracts, delivery plans, debits, etc.).
Direct feedbacks from customers to relevant departments.
Arranging deliveries to customers by well cordinate with relevante partners (internal/external)
Record arising problems related to the
purchasing and selling of goods and report to management levels to provide timely solutions to customers (product defects, broken products, product compensation, etc....)
Conduct customer surveys on product and service quality and record customer feedback to submit to BOD to improve products and services.
Update customers' purchase and sales data according to the company system fully and exactly.
Contact customers by phone or email to answer their queries and obtain the missing information.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Compile the weekly, monthly, and yearly Sales reports and Sales revenues.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, fairs, etc... as required.
Perform other tasks or reports as assigned by management levels.
