Job Description
Receiving and processing paperwork, including but not limited to (contract, purchase orders, report, liquidation, ...)
Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
Supporting the
Business Development department in sales contract with clients/vendors and other documents
Take charge of inspection note, payment for all advertising campaigns and follow up closely with clients/vendors to collect related documents
Maintain current knowledge of the business' product offerings
Other related tasks assigned by the Directors
Job Requirements
0.5 years of experience on sales/administration
Required skills: Time Management, detail& result oriented, accuracy, communication skill
Bachelor or equivalent, international education encouraged
Dynamic, ambitious, can do attitude
Required languages: Vietnamese, English
Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
