Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities:
Travel Logistics: Arrange business travel and other trips for the Head of RTC and Sales Capabilities & Change Management Manager.
Budget Tracking: Monitor the Home Leave budget for the Head of RTC and Sales Capabilities & Change Management Manager.
Payment Management: Handle all payments for the Sales Capability & EOE team, including car rentals, taxis, stationery, mobile phone fees, credit cards, and other expenses.
Project Follow-Up: Track and follow up on projects assigned by managers, including processing payments at the end.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with agencies to organize training classes, the National Commercial Conference, and other company events and parties as assigned by managers.
Budget Management: Propose and manage the annual budget for the Sales Capability & EOE team.
Expense Tracking: Work with the Business Controller to monitor the monthly expense report for the Sales Capability & EOE team, RTC department, and prepare the monthly accrual report.

Yêu cầu

• University degree in Business Administration/Economics
• Structured, organized with great communication skills.
• English speaking is a must - basic Office tools dominance (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferable experience with ExPat management: travel coordination, event planning and execution, budget management.
• Excellent connections and communication skills.
• Question and listening to understand needs.
