Position Overview:
The Sales Administration Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing: Handle the complete order processing cycle, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and tracking delivery schedules.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate sales activities, manage sales documentation, and provide necessary support to achieve sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales transactions, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure the availability of products and manage stock levels.
• Communication: Liaise with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the sales administration process and suggest effective solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
