Support to update customer's informations, data
Answer hotline calls and forward to relevant departments
Responsible for responding to customer through channels: email, inbox, pancake ...
Check and search for information related to ELSA Speak product to answer customer's questions and help them solve problems
Support other tasks requested by supervisors and managers.

Yêu cầu công việc
Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from Business administration, Economic,... or related fields
Be hardworking, cautious and detail oriented.
Be able to use Microsoft Offices proficiently, especially Excel skill.
Having a professional, serious, cooperative, responsible style of work.
Be able to work full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week)
Working hours: 8:30 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday.
