Mô tả công việc
Position Overview: The Sales and Marketing Director will oversee and drive the strategic direction and execution of the Sales and Marketing teams. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of sales and marketing efforts to achieve business goals, revenue targets, and brand visibility, with a focus on enhancing customer experience and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tourism, entertainment, or cultural sectors, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and optimize sales and marketing strategies for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management:
Oversee and manage both the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure teams meet their objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the teams, encouraging innovation, creativity, and teamwork to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility
2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:
Lead the Sales department in developing and executing strategies to increase customer acquisition across individual customers, group bookings, OTAs, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Ensure the sales team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets by identifying new sales opportunities, optimizing existing sales channels, and forming strategic partnerships.
Manage pricing strategies for both individual and group packages to maximize profitability.
Optimize promotional efforts to drive increased sales and profitability.
3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
Lead the Marketing department in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and content marketing, to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, digital advertising, public relations, and events, with a focus on achieving individual customer targets.
Ensure consistent representation of the brand's identity in all marketing materials and communications, supporting the sales goals.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to create unified messaging and improve customer experiences.
Coordinate joint initiatives between Sales and Marketing to support both teams' goals, such as cross-promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
5. Market Research & Analytics:
Oversee market research efforts to gather insights into customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends, informing sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, utilizing data to refine strategies and improve overall ROI.
Use customer data and feedback to continuously enhance sales outreach and marketing efforts.
6. Budget & Financial Oversight:
Develop and manage Sales and Marketing budgets, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to meet business objectives.
Track and report on the financial impact of sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and positive returns on investment.
Regularly report to the Board of Directors (BOD) and HQ on budget performance, strategy effectiveness, and financial impact.
7. Customer Experience & Visitor Engagement:
Ensure that all sales and marketing strategies align with creating exceptional visitor experiences, promoting repeat visits, and generating positive word-of-mouth.
Leverage customer data to refine strategies and improve customer outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall customer experience.
8. Internal Tasks & Reporting:
Train and develop team members to enhance performance and ensure that the division meets business targets.
Prepare and deliver regular reports to the BOD/HQ on sales and marketing performance.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the BOD.
Authority:
Make decisions within the internal Sales & Marketing Division.
Propose policies, strategies, and solutions related to sales and marketing to the BOD for approval.
Key Responsibilities:

* Qualification Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or cultural sectors is highly desirable, with a focus on visitor attraction management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Vietnam.
- Proven success in driving sales growth, leading successful campaigns, and achieving revenue targets.
* Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media strategies, and traditional marketing techniques.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.
Attitude & Other Requirements:
- High sense of responsibility and ownership over outcomes.
- Sharp mind, quick learner, and adaptable to new situations.
- Proactive with a strong teamwork spirit.
- Eager to learn and grow continuously for personal and professional development.
- Fluent in English or Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
- Preferred nationality: Korean, or Vietnamese with proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
