Job Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for new requests from agents and clients, promptly creating trip plans in the system and prioritizing responses to agents.
• Collaborate with agents to modify and update trip plans, tailoring them to meet clients' expectations.
• Liaise with in-destination experts to contract and integrate products, ensuring comprehensive trip plans are available on the platform in a timely manner.
• Engage in online calls, WhatsApp chats, and regular communication with agents to discuss ideas that best match clients' expectations.
• Follow up diligently with agents on past quotes, offering ideas and support that exceed their expectations.
• Be motivated to close deals, maximizing revenue and margins by selecting the right products and suppliers to work with.
• Prepare and send invoices to agents, monitoring payment schedules to ensure timely receipt.
Reservations:
• Process booking requests in the platform once they are confirmed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring reservations' completion as required without errors.
• Make reservations with 3rd party suppliers outside of the system and update the platform with the bookings made.
• Deliver vouchers to clients and create Closed Tours as needed.
• Pass completed trip plans, along with a summary brief of all trip requirements, to the Operations team after reservations are finalized.

Sales Support:
• Provide support to the sales teams, assisting with system demonstrations to agents and following up with potential accounts.
• Create inspiring packages on the platform's home page and manage sample and promotional itineraries.
• Collaborate with in-destination experts to negotiate special deals with suppliers, creating captivating packages to meet clients' expectations.
• Take a proactive approach in approaching new clients and bringing new business to the company.
