Vio Travel is the first virtual Destination Management Company in Asia/Pacific with a curated collection of the finest travel experiences, unique hotels, and travel packages available across the region. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable journeys for our clients.
We are currently seeking a Sales and Operations Support. You will be responsible for overseeing booking requests and making reservations for assigned accounts and regions. Your primary focus will be to create captivating trip plans based on client briefs and provide competitive quotations for their requested programs.
You will work closely with in-destination experts, the Operations team, and local suppliers to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and programs. Additionally, you will manage promotional itineraries on the platform and act as the main point of contact for single and multi-country inquiries.
Job Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for new requests from agents and clients, promptly creating trip plans in the system and prioritizing responses to agents.
• Collaborate with agents to modify and update trip plans, tailoring them to meet clients' expectations.
• Liaise with in-destination experts to contract and integrate products, ensuring comprehensive trip plans are available on the platform in a timely manner.
• Engage in online calls, WhatsApp chats, and regular communication with agents to discuss ideas that best match clients' expectations.
• Follow up diligently with agents on past quotes, offering ideas and support that exceed their expectations.
• Be motivated to close deals, maximizing revenue and margins by selecting the right products and suppliers to work with.
• Prepare and send invoices to agents, monitoring payment schedules to ensure timely receipt.
Reservations:
• Process booking requests in the platform once they are confirmed, ensuring accuracy and monitoring reservations' completion as required without errors.
• Make reservations with 3rd party suppliers outside of the system and update the platform with the bookings made.
• Deliver vouchers to clients and create Closed Tours as needed.
• Pass completed trip plans, along with a summary brief of all trip requirements, to the Operations team after reservations are finalized.
Sales Support:
• Provide support to the sales teams, assisting with system demonstrations to agents and following up with potential accounts.
• Create inspiring packages on the platform's home page and manage sample and promotional itineraries.
• Collaborate with in-destination experts to negotiate special deals with suppliers, creating captivating packages to meet clients' expectations.
• Take a proactive approach in approaching new clients and bringing new business to the company.

• Pay meticulous attention to detail and possess a keen interest in managing workflow through platforms.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions quickly, and always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate with in-house teams and manage outstanding tasks efficiently.
• Be time-efficient to meet clients' expectations and handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate a passion for travel and possess a sound understanding of the destinations that Vio Travel covers.
