✈️ Your Responsibilities
Respond to travel enquiries from website, email, WhatsApp, social media, and travel partners.
Design customized itineraries and prepare professional quotations.
Build strong relationships with international clients and B2B partners.
Coordinate bookings with hotels, cruises, airlines, transport providers, and local suppliers.
Ensure smooth tour operations before, during, and after each trip.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
Resolve operational issues and deliver outstanding customer service.
Continuously learn about destinations, products, and travel trends.
Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and business growth.
👤 What We're Looking For
Passion for travel and excellent customer service.
Strong spoken and written English.
Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or tour operations is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent English and a passion for tourism are welcome to apply.
