Support CEO of RKSoft in business activities related to the Korean market.
Track and manage customer & project pipelines; consolidate and analyze business data for management reporting.
Prepare bidding documents, proposals, contracts, and other materials for Korean partners.
Interpret/translate (Korean - Vietnamese/English) in meetings, emails, and business documents as required.
Coordinate and connect internal departments (Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance) with RKSoft Korea to ensure smooth project execution.
Participate in organizing events, seminars, and business meetings with clients/partners in Korea and Vietnam.
Plan and execute tasks related to the CEO's business trips.
Travel domestically and internationally (Korea) as required by business needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the CEO of RKSoft.
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Management, Korean/English Language, or related fields.
Preference for graduates from Foreign Trade University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, or Hanoi University (majors in Korean/English or related).
1-3 years of experience as a Business Assistant, Sales Support,
Account Executive, or similar role (experience in IT/Outsourcing is an advantage).
Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK level 4 or above) and English communication.
Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working in an international and high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with Korean business culture is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Package: 14 months/ year.
