WeCare is a distributor of industrial and MRO supplies (fasteners, hardware, tools, consumables) serving B2B customers. We are expanding our factory customer channel in the southern region and need to build an experienced factory sales team with strong industry networks.
Reports directly to the B2B
Sales Manager. The core of the role is B2B sales and factory customer development, with support for managing part of the team/territory. A procurement background and supplier network are an advantage for opening accounts faster and providing deeper consultation.
Identify, approach, and develop new manufacturing plant customers across southern industrial parks, building long-term account ownership.
Close sales orders while growing each customer's
purchasing basket through excellent service; cultivate key accounts into strategic, long-term partnerships.
Support the Sales Manager by supervising, guiding, and coaching a subset of the sales team within an assigned customer portfolio or territory.
Leverage a procurement background, established supplier network, and industry relationships to open new accounts and accelerate the sales cycle.
Provide expert product advice, match technical specifications to customer needs, and recommend suitable substitute items based on deep knowledge of supply sourcing and factory purchasing practices.
Coordinate sample preparation and SKU sourcing in line with customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders; monitor accounts receivable and report on business performance to the Manager on a regular basis.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B sales or industrial sales experience; experience working directly or related to a factory's purchasing department is required.
Focus on sales capability and customer development; a procurement background is an advantage for opening and deepening customer relationships.
Experience guiding or coaching new
sales staff is preferred (either already in, or ready to take on, a support-management role).
STRONG preference for candidates with a network in the Binh Duong or Dong Nai industrial parks, OR experience in the furniture/wood industry.
Knowledge of fasteners, hardware, MRO supplies, or inputs for wood and metal factories, including specifications and substitutes.
Negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with customers and suppliers; proactive and comfortable working in the field.
Procurement experience or experience working directly with factory procurement teams in Southern Vietnam is a strong advantage.
Experience in the furniture, OEM, mechanical engineering, industrial supplies, or related industries is preferred.
